We have eight fundamental obligations to you as a client.  These fundamental obligations are part of our obligations of ‘Treating Customers Fairly’, but what does ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ mean?  At Winful Associates, we believe that ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ involves the following.

7.      If we make a mistake, we will acknowledge our error and put it right promptly.
